Full Formula Diet Program
This is an 800 calorie diet designed for people with 50 pounds or more to lose. The program is 18 weeks in length, and during that time, you will use a complete meal replacement formula called OPTIFAST. For the first 12 weeks of the program, you will use OPTIFAST exclusively and can expect a 2-4 pound weight loss each week, depending on your starting weight and BMI. After 12 weeks, you will enter into the transition phase when you will begin to reintroduce normal food into your diet.
