This 960-1100 calorie program is for people who want to lose 30-45 pounds. It is 18 weeks long, and during that time, you can expect to lose 2-4 pounds per week, depending on your starting BMI.
Over the course of the program, we will provide you with the skills you need to achieve long-term results. We will show you how to improve your health habits and change behaviors that have led you to be overweight.
The main weight loss focus of the program is controlling your calorie intake. Using the OPTIFAST meal replacement formula and one healthy meal each day, most patients find that the program satisfies their hunger and still achieves good weight loss. This program is a great choice if you if you enjoy eating an evening meal with your family or if you must take your medication with food.
